Pillows are basically flatbread. Service is meh. Price is stupid overpriced! Annoying bell every time you enter the shopping area. Staff are not very friendly. Hallways look like they are never vacuumed.

Good hotel for one night from my long layover from the Caribbean to SF. Free airport shuttle. Free breakfast with great waffles and bread varieties. Free luggage storage for a few hours as we went to downtown Miami. Perfect stay.

This has been by far the best pre and post cruise hotel for me and my groups. the beds are nice, the staff is sooo helpful. I would say if they could improve on the portions for the breakfast, it would be much nicer. And add a few more items to the menu. Overall nice hotel and in a great location.

Stayed here for a couple of nights before a cruise, good experience. Comfortable room and clean. Recommend it for a short trip. The location is great, downtown is just a short uber ride away. Only bear in mind that there arent many restaurants in a walking distance.

BEWARE! Book elsewhere!

I booked a room here 4/1/23 for a cruise I am going on later this week. Others on the cruise event Facebook page said their reservations were being cancelled over the last few months and were not given any heads up. Today on my lunch, I received an email confirming my upcoming reservation details. I went back to work and when I got home, I had received two additional emails saying my reservation was cancelled, which I did not do. I called the main 800 number, he said he would reach out directly to the hotel, rudely cut me off before I could ask a question and put me on hold. He came back on and said the person he spoke to at the hotel mentioned a system issue at the hotel and that unfortunately my room was now unavailable/taken. This is TWO days before my vacation across the country. He offered to book me at one of their other properties and I refused. I am now scrambling to book elsewhere with limited time/availability. Others have said they likely cancelled these early bookings at the lower rates to allow them to book new clients at higher rates. If this is true, I think legal action is definitely on the table. We also plan to go up the chain of command to make sure whoever was responsible for these actions is held accountable. I should mention I never write any online reviews but given the circumstances I felt obligated to share my experience so others don’t have to go through the same thing. I urge anyone reading this to book elsewhere! I wish I had listened to the other reviews before booking. Needless to say this was added stress that was unnecessary before what should be a relaxing vacation. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE.
